How do we offer such low prices? We specialize in imports, surplus inventories and cut-outs. All of our CDs are brand new. We do not sell used CDs. Jewel cases on cut-outs may have been notched, hole-punched or marked by the manufacturer in order to differentiate them from full-price merchandise.
